Unfortunately, this thing still costs more than half the price of a basic M4 Mac Mini... Even though it looks a bit like the Arm-based Windows Dev Kit 2023 PCs (which the tomshardware article mentions) it seems to be based on some Intel CPU. This probably makes sense if it's remote booting over the network and not only a standalone remote desktop terminal.

It's too expensive to even consider hacking and running Linux on it.
