This ships with Android 10. Android 10 was released in September 2019 and ceased receiving security updates in March 2023.

Feature/functionality wise this sounds not far off an iPhone 4 or 5 which are in the range of 50$ on eBay (not recommending this as there is the major feature discrepancy of not having the last 10+ years of cell radio protocols). (Also inexplicably $1800 iPhone 4/5s as well which seem like people trying to scam folk who think they’re buying something more recent?)
