The Google Workspace Team emailed yesterday notifying me of a change in their terms of service "effective October 16, 2024" more than three weeks ago.

The terms of service linked are dated "16 November 2023" and they don't reflect the changes (summarized, but not specified) in the email.

It sounds like Google considers both parties to be bound by terms known only to it, and have been since more than three weeks before they announced the still-undisclosed terms.
