It's crazy to think that he was threatened for just talking to/interviewing someone. Freedom is really on the decline.

Yeah it really is exactly like that, and totally not for any other reasons.

How is departing his platform a "threat"? Do people no longer have the freedom to leave Xitter?

As if everybody who ever talks with someone in Germany is "threatened"?

And what freedom would that be? The freedom of Musk and people and his foot soldiers to be liked by everybody, no matter how dishonest or ignorant they are? The freedom of everyone HAVING to keep using something after you bought it?

It's like Musk making him being unlovable as a person about "wokeness". Desperate nonsense.

Honest Opinion after sitting through the Weidel/Musk talk: This will probably not boost the AfD in Germany at all.

If Weidel continues as the "Leader" of the AfD then the other parties have absolutely nothing to worry about. She is so far below Höcke/Kickl in terms of dangerous rhetoric and spin. Calling Hitler a communist and a socialist is a patently absurd way of distancing yourself from NS accusations and distances Weidel from AfD loyalist. It smells like Marine Le Pen 2.0

Good move. Ideal move would be - not just reactions to whatever daily provocation, but doing actual useful things that pull Global Attention away from such people.
